謝文陽2006-07-252018-06-282006-07-252018-06-281999http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/14715本研究採集台灣沿岸海域各測站 海水與沈積物,進行兼氣性發酵產氣 菌的分離與鑑定。共分離出81 株對象 菌。其中分離株FG1T 為革蘭氏陰性桿 菌;能利用著生於細胞同一極之雙根 具鞘鞭毛進行運動。FG1T 可發酵葡萄 糖與其他糖類,伴隨著各類有機酸(包 括甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、乳酸、蘋果酸、 草醋酸、丙酮酸與琥珀酸)與氣體(二 氧化碳與氫氣)的產生。此菌株生長 不需維生素與其他有機生長因子。其 細胞內DNA 之G+C 含量為45.9 mol%。C12:0 為其含量最豐富的細胞 脂肪酸。綜合分離株的特性與依據16S rDNA 鹽基序列而得的親緣分析指 出,FG1T 應為一新種,經命名為Vibrio aerogenes sp. nov.,已獲接受。This work investigated facultatively anaerobic bacteria that ferment carbohydrate with gas production. Eighty-one strains of these bacteria were isolated from the seawater and the sediment samples. A mesophilic, facultatively anaerobic, marine bacterium, designated strain FG1T ( T = type strain ) grown in broth cultures was motile, Gram-negative rod; motility was normally achieved by two sheathed flagella at one pole of the cell. Strain FG1T required Na+ for growth, and exhibited optimal growth at 30 to 35℃, pH 6 to 7, and about 4% of NaCl. It grew anaerobically by fermenting glucose and other carbohydrates with production of various organic acids, including formate, acetate, propionate, lactate, malate, oxaloacetate, pyruvate and succinate, and the gases, CO2 and H2. The strain required neither vitamins nor other organic factors for growth. It’s DNA G+C content was 45.9 mol%. It contained C12:0 as the most abundant cellular fatty acid. The characterization data together with the results of a 16S rDNA-based phylogenetic analysis indicate that strain FG1T represents a new species of the genus Vibrio.
