世新大學資訊傳播學系; 世新大學圖書館Department of Information and Communications, Shih-Hsin University; Shih-Hsin University Library余顯強Yu, Shien-chiangShien-chiangYu2010-06-232018-05-302010-06-232018-05-302004-06http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/185977報紙除了提供新聞訊息的功能外，對歷史文化的保存也有相當貢獻，其特點不僅是第一手文獻、內容豐富、包含全社會的檔案，且具備了有序性與可近性的特點，甚至有許多內容為報紙所獨有。從實體到數位，權利的類型已不僅止於版權，為避免數位內容受到侵權的損害與線上授權範圍的執行管哩，本文以歷史性新聞為例，透過文獻分析整理的方式，結合數位權利管理的概念規劃適用於歷史性新聞數位版權保護的管理架構系統，確保歷史性新聞報紙數位化權利的有效歸屬來保護營運收益，以避免侵權行為的發生而造成典藏機構營運的損失。Newspaper is one of the most important media as it contains the records that input the cultural data and social events, progress of national and international economical and political developments, the world’s circumstances of the time, so as transmitting information and sharing knowledge of particular regions or around the globe. However, the copyright is limited to cover the transformed entity to digital contents. In order to protect the rights of digitized-contents and restrict the scope of on-line grant of historical newspaper, it is necessary to clarify the concepts and practices.
