Polyclonal antibodies were obtained from the antiascites of six immunized mice. Titers and specificity were determined using an indirect ELISA. The results indicated that three of the six mice were better immunized and that the antibodies acted strongly against patulin-hemisuccinate-BSA. Slight ELISA responses of the antibodies against patulin alone showed the potential for developing monoclonal antibodies.Patulin derivatives; Polyclonal antibodybovine serum albumin; hapten; hapten antibody; patulin; patulin hemisuccinate; polyclonal antibody; unclassified drug; animal experiment; antibody production; antibody specificity; antibody titer; antigen binding; article; ascites fluid; controlled study; drug conjugation; drug structure; drug synthesis; female; immunogenicity; intramuscular drug administration; intraperitoneal drug administration; mouse; nonhuman; reaction analysis; subcutaneous drug administrationThe synthesis of antigens and the production of antibodies against patulin derivativesjournal article2-s2.0-0033032329
