2008-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682383摘要:益達胺為接觸性與胃毒性之系統性殺蟲劑,並可藉由葉面噴灑、粒劑灑佈、澆灌或種子處理等方式來保護植物不受害蟲侵襲。但相對的也對蜜蜂造成很大的影響。不僅在巢外取食的外勤蜂易接觸含有益達胺的植物,且將含有益達胺的花蜜及花粉帶回巢房並儲存,而內勤蜂則將含有益達胺的花蜜及花粉餵食蜜蜂幼蟲,幼蟲在生長期間體內所累積的益達胺可能會影響幼蟲的發育。本研究擬藉由給予蜜蜂幼蟲取食含有低劑量益達胺的食物後,觀察對幼蟲個體的存活率、封蓋率、化蛹率、羽化率以及羽化後行為的影響。在試驗過程中,先以室內人工餵養幼蟲以找出益達胺對幼蟲影響的最低濃度,再滴加益達胺於蜜蜂幼蟲巢房食物池中以比較幼蟲的發育狀況。<br> Abstract: Imidacloprid is a systemic insecticide for protecting the plants against pests. The treatments of imidacloprid can be applied by spraying directly on the plant surface or by seed dressing etc. The residue of impidacloprid in the nectar and pollens of the plants would poison the honeybee adults and larvae. It has been shown that the development of the honeybee larvae were severely impeded when the larvae were fed with the contaminated nectar or pollen gathered by the bee workers. However, our understanding on the harzard of imidacloprid posed to the honeybee larvae still remains incomplete. In order to access the effects of impidacopride to the honeybee larvae, the objective of this study is firstly to determine the lowest concentration of imidacloprid which causes adverse effect to the larvae.
