2009-02-262024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682442摘要：螺旋桿菌屬感染症 (Helicobacteriosis)，在近二、三十年已被確定為一種人畜共通傳染病，其病原為螺旋桿菌屬 (Helicobacter spp.)。有許多不同種別的螺旋桿菌從人類及寵物犬、貓的胃部生檢組織及血液中培養、分離出來，並利用分子生物學的方式加以分型。其中，H. pylori, H. felis, H. heilmannii, H. pametensis, H. cinaedi, H. canis, H. bizzozeronii, H. salomonis及H. fennelliae等病原已證實可同時從人類及其所飼養的寵物犬、貓及囓齒類動物中檢測出來。除了較著名的H. pylori (幽門螺旋桿菌) 會造成人類的胃炎、胃潰瘍、胃腺癌或胃黏膜相關淋巴組織的淋巴瘤外，其他種別的螺旋桿菌亦有可能會造成類似的疾病。在具有免疫缺陷的病患中，甚至還會造成全身性的菌血症、發燒、胃炎、蜂窩性組織炎等。然而，近年來也有一些免疫力正常的病患，因與寵物犬、貓或囓齒類動物有較親密的接觸，而感染螺旋桿菌，造成胃炎及菌血症等情形。在寵物犬、貓方面，有可能會造成胃炎及腸炎，但大部分的犬、貓卻不會有明顯的臨床症狀出現，因此很容易忽略本病原的存在。因此，為了瞭解螺旋桿菌此一人畜共通傳染病在台灣地區寵物犬、貓感染的情形與對飼主與動物醫療人員的危險性，我們將利用PCR診斷技術，進行台灣地區寵物犬、貓螺旋桿菌的檢測，以提供防疫機構相關的防疫對策。<br> Abstract: Helicobacteriosis, a zoonotic infectious disease have been confirmed in recent thirty years, which etiology is Helicobacter spp. Many Helicobacter spp. have been detected or isolated from the stomach biopsy and blood in pet dogs and cats, and molecularly characterized. Several Helicobacter species, such as H. pylori, H. felis, H. heilmannii, H. cinaedi, H. canis, H. bizzozeronii, H. salomonis and H. fennelliae have been detected from human and their pet dogs, cats and rodents. In these pathogens, H. pylori was known to cause gastritis, gastric ulcer, gastric adenocarcinoma and gastric mucosa-associated lymphoma in human, others could induce similar illness in human as well. Helicobacter septicemia, fever and cellulitis may occur in immunodeficient patients. Recently, septicemia and gastritis may occur in some immunocomponent patients who had close contact with helicobacter-infected dogs, cats or rodents. Helicobacter gastritis and/or enteritis are usually asymptomatic in pet dogs and cats, so it is hard to recognize the infected animals and the helicobacter-infected dogs/cats could serve as an infectious source of the zoonotic helicobacteriosis.
