2006-04-212024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684276摘要:整體計畫整合目標為「開發優質農產品集貨儲運與監測管理自動化系統之研究」,本計畫擬以芒果為研究對象,探討芒果裝箱於運輸過程的受振損傷情況,並提出若干監控與改善方案,以維持芒果既有的品質。本計畫擬以三年期間完成,第一年先由芒果裝箱材料、其間之填塞物或盛果盤著手,第二年以運輸車輛貨台型式與底盤結構為主,第三年則進行道路運輸的實測,輔以全球衛星定位系統瞭解芒果全盤運輸的狀況,並加入自動化技術做完整的分析。藉此,芒果在運輸過程中可降低因振動碰撞而造成果實的損傷,並以自動化技術開發運輸監控與避震系統,以維持芒果既有的優良品質供國人食用外,並可強化芒果外銷的國際競爭力。<br> Abstract: This project plans to regard mango as the research object, investigate its damage by vibration during transportation, and propose several improvement schemes, in order to maintain the quality of the mango. This project plans to be executed for three years. In the first year the packing cases, filler materials and holding trays of fruits will be studied. The main work in the second year will be concentrated on the platform and chassis of the transport vehicles. The actual measurements on a road will be carried out in the third year with the help of a GPS in order to get the necessary data during transport of fruits. By this, the mango's damage can be reduced during transportation caused by collision and an automated monitoring and vibration-damping system will also be developed.
