2013-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/670342摘要:台灣的地理位置與自然環境特殊,天然災害頻頻發生,每每導致嚴重的人民生命財產的傷害與損失,社會各界對於災害的問題一向非常關心。政府相關部門也都很重視災害防治工作,歷年來投入相當多的人力與財力於防救災業務上,防災科技研究亦逐年增多。 災害防救應用科技方案計畫辦公室成立於 99 年1 月1 日,由國科會與防救災業務相關部會署共同來研擬、推動與執行,爾後再加以整合、落實於防救災業務上。本計畫主要目的是結合國科會與政府相關部會署,有系統地推動上、中、下游科研工作,整合研發成果轉化成可以落實應用於防災業務。因整體計畫涵蓋層面甚廣,仍有許多待努力之處,需要相關單位繼續配合與支持,始可能整合研究成果並落實於防救災相關業務。<br> Abstract: Given its unique geographical location and natural environment, Taiwan often experiences natural disasters, resulting in casualties and loss of property. Therefore, disasters, especially disaster prevention and mitigation, are a major concern of the Taiwanese society. Government authorities have closely paid attention to disaster prevention and control, allocating massive human and financial resources to disaster prevention and relief. Studies on disaster prevention science and technologies have also been increasing in number in recent years. The Applying Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction was established in January 1, 2010. The National Science Council and related ministries, commissions, and agencies on disaster prevention and relief jointly develop, promote, and implement relevant programs and integrate and implement these into disaster prevention and relief efforts. The Center mainly aims to promote R&D work systematically at the upstream, midstream, and downstream in cooperation with relevant ministries, commissions, and agencies of the government, and to integrate R&D achievements into and apply these in disaster prevention work.
