2004-11-252024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662437摘要：我國園產品價值佔農作物產值70%以上，對發展農村經濟、維護國民健康與提升生活品質貢獻卓著，其中國立臺灣大學園藝系除對園藝作物栽培與採後處理技術的改善有所貢獻外，並致力造就產業優秀人。我國自加入世貿組織後，致力產業結構調整與競爭力的提升，而產品品質改善為提升園藝產業競爭力的關鍵因素。爾後台大園藝系研究重點除繼續產量的增加外，品質改善也應予加強，而園產品品質檢測設備為必備之利器，本計畫的目的在資助本系改善相關設備，俾加速投入園產品品質改善研究，並培訓優秀產業人才，以提升整個產業的競爭力。<br> Abstract: The horticultural products generated more than 70% economical value among all the agricultural products, which play an important role in elevating rural economics, protecting national health, and improving living quality. For decades, the horticulture department in National Taiwan University has been dedicating greatly in cultivation, post harvest and education. In 2002, Taiwan entered WTO, world tourism organization, which means the agricultural economics are coming to a more competitive era. To overcome such a challenge, promoting the quality of Taiwan’s agricultural products is the key factor to be the winner in the competition. However, the instrument in the horticulture department at National Taiwan University is too old to give promising data.
