2016-11-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/701042摘要:台灣近年來因為進口芻料價格高漲,酪農飼養成本提高,加上政府調整­休耕政策,並補助青割玉米之栽種與生產,青割玉米已成為國內重要芻料來源。由於天候與季節供應因素,青割玉米進行青貯以穩定供應全年芻料利用,是最為適合之方式。因青貯製作前原料成分差異與開封後之好氣穩定性,會明顯影響青貯成品之品質與利用性,因此本計劃將以本實驗室所開發,具有黴菌毒素降解能力之同質發酵乳酸菌,搭配含有高可溶性碳水化合物與較高蛋白質之濃縮糖蜜產品(蜜素寶),進行第一階段同質發酵,透過分析青割玉米原料組成特性,調整適合於不同成熟度與水分之接種組合。進一步結合異質發酵乳酸菌產品LALSIL Fresh LB,提升青貯成品乙酸濃度,達到抑制酵母菌與黴菌生長的目的,提升好氣穩定性維持品質。各處理組合進行不同品種與成熟度原料之青貯,過程中檢測溫度與pH值變化,於90天後分析其成分組成與好氣穩定性,各處理樣品並以體外發酵法評估其消化率與發酵產物特性。希望透過濃縮糖蜜、同質發酵菌與異質發酵菌之組合,整合開發適合國內青割玉米使用之青貯接種菌劑,提高玉米青貯之品質、安全性與保存性。 <br> Abstract: In recent years, due to the high prices of imported broilers, the increase in the cost of farming, and the government to adjust the fallow policy, and subsidize the planting and production of green cut corn, green cut corn has become an important source of domestic materials.
