謝國煌臺灣大學:高分子科學與工程學研究所沈家弘Shen, Jia-HungJia-HungShen2007-11-292018-06-292007-11-292018-06-292006http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/62865本研究成功合成出具可交聯性之聚胺基甲酸酯,並將之添加入熱固性不飽和聚酯樹脂,成功增加樹脂之耐衝擊性質與硬化體積收縮率,進而以該含聚胺基甲酸酯之熱固性不飽和聚酯樹脂做為複合材料之基材,並以深具市場發展潛力的超高分子量聚乙烯纖維與市場常見之高強力纖維-克維拉纖維作為補強材,並利用纏繞成型法將原料加工製成預浸材料(Prepreg),再以熱壓成型法二次加工後,製成纖維複合材料。 本研究中將對改質後的不飽和聚酯樹脂樹脂基材進行熱性質,硬化之體積收縮率,機械性質,破壞結構等性質進行分析與討論;並對該樹脂機械性質最優異之配方所製備之纖維複合材料進行機械性質與型態學等性質分析與討論。This study successful synthesized a kind of polyurethane with the ability of crosslinking, and we successfully added it into the thermosetting unsaturated polyester resin to improve the impact nature and the shrinkage. We took this resin to be the matrix of the composite, then took the ultra high molecular weight fiber and kevlar fiber to be the reinforcement of composite. This fiber composite of our studies were prepared by filament winding and hot-press process. In this research, we analyzed the thermal property, mechanical property, shrinkage, and mechanism of destruction of the modified unsaturated polyester resin.
