2016-02-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659468摘要:因應時代的變遷與農業發展的需求,農業推廣制度與工作內容已出現重大變革,基層農業推廣人員的角色與任務也需隨之轉變。現代生活型態改變飲食習慣,外食、西化不均衡的營養攝取都影響國人的健康,部分產品過度依賴進口,以及急遽惡化的食安問題更觸發國人對於飲食內容的高度關注。因此,傳遞健康飲食的觀念與知識,連結農場到餐桌,建立農業生產與健康飲食的永續發展模式,是轉型中的農業推廣體制可考慮加入的創新策略之一。因應前述食農教育的推廣需求與發展方向,本研究擬藉此規劃以食農教育做為未來農業推廣工作的重點策略,進而推動農業推廣的制度創新以因應社會需求。<br> Abstract: After major staffing and functional adjustments of the agricultural extension system in the past decade, the roles and tasks of local extension workers have been changed tremendously. In the same period, there were a variety of food and nutrition issues such as a lack of proper concern for food; an increase in irregular and nutritionally unbalanced meals; over-dependency on food from abroad; and, outbreak of a series of incidents related to food safety. Since the ideal and/or traditional Taiwanese food culture has lost in a globalization movement, it is appropriate for the policy makers to figure out the formation of food and farming education as acquisition of knowledge about food as well as the ability to make appropriate food choices. In particular, it could be an innovative strategy in reinventing agricultural extension system.
