國立清華大學通識教育中心Center for General Education, National Tsing Hua University詹麗萍Chen, Li-PingLi-PingChen2010-08-062018-05-302010-08-062018-05-301998-12http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/190594館際互借長久以來一直是圖書館擴大讀者使用資料範圈，以及館際間資料互通有無的途徑。隨著資訊科技的進步和電腦網路的發達，讀者對於資料的獲取更著重方便性與時效性。圖書館繼傳統館際互借服務後推出的文獻傳遞服務，便朝向電子化與網路化的方向發展，同時也結合期刊目次服務和全文資料庫服務，以及向文獻供應機構訂購資料原文等方式，以滿足讀者對資料的即時需求。本文將闡述國內外館際互借及文獻傳遮服務的起源與發展，介紹國內外現有文獻供應機構及文獻傳遞服務系統實例，探討文獻傳遞服務所引發的相關議題，並討論未來的發展趨勢。"Interlibrary loan" has traditionally served as a means for libraries to fill the user's need for materials not owned locally through resource sharing with other library collections. With the advent of new technologies and computer networks, significant improvements have been made to the traditional interlibrary loan activities. "Document delivery", by using electronic means to communicate and deliver, combined with the use of current contents services, full-text retrieval and document suppliers' services, is more capable of providing satisfactory services to the users. This article presents an overview of the history of interlibrary loan and document delivery services, and discusses some related issues, such as copyright, cost, access vs. ownership, etc. Document suppliers and the current status of their systems are examined.
