According to the research report of Aerial Survey Office of Forestry Bureau printed in November 2010, the total landslide area is 32,923 ha and 19,137 ha is an additional increase after Typhoon Morokot. In order to understand the amount of sediments deposited in national forests and the severity of the threat to downstream areas, four tasks would be accomplished within this project. The tasks include (1) identification of landslide inventory maps, (2) estimation of sediment changes, (3) potential analysis of the sediments deposited in national forests and sediment-induced secondary disaster, taking Qishan River, Laonong River, Taimali River, and A-Li-Shan River as examples, and (4) a workshop.崩塌地國有林土砂二次災害landslidenational forestssediment-induced secondary disaster國有林莫拉克風災土砂二次災害潛勢影響評估
