In management, all these patological　foci must be eradicated to prevent recurrent failure. Tendon transfer is a simple and effective method for reconstructing lost tendon function. 　　相較於歐美地區，類風濕性關節炎患例在台灣並不多見。長時期的風濕性病變之 下，經由肥厚性滑液膜(synovium)的化學性侵蝕及骨刺和變形關節面的物理性磨損二 者共同作用下，可導致腕部伸指韌帶的自發性斷裂。處理此類患者，除重建其韌帶外 ，更必須除去致病性的滑液膜及骨刺等因素，以避免再發性斷裂。對於單一或少數的 韌帶斷裂，以韌帶移轉術重建其功能是一簡單且有效的治療方式。#2130#en-USjournal article
