2015-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663746摘要：我國為世界貿易組織會員國，隨著國際貿易與相關的諮商談判日趨頻繁，動植物進出口風險評估案例也因此劇增。為免因植物及其產品貿易流通而導致外來動植物疫病蟲害之入侵、立足或蔓延之機會，保護境內國民及動植物的生命或健康，及維護自然生態環境，本計畫針對植物及其產品輸出入風險，延攬植物保護相關學者專家，協助相關案件之雜草風險及有害生物風險評估審查，確立風險評估及審查體系。此外，為顧及防檢疫策略擬定之正確性與進出口貿易問題因應之及時性，定期蒐集國際組織、重要植物保護期刊及主要貿易國發布之疫情訊息，並彙整報告，以掌握國際植物保護相關疫情資訊。<br> Abstract: As a member of World Trade Organization (WTO) and the more frequent international trade and negotiations, more cases of risk assessment for importing and exporting plants, animals and their products have been established. To prevent invasion, establishment and spread of exotic pathogens and pests, and protect the health of local plants and animals and nature environment, we herein propose this project focusing on the risk assessment of imported plants and plant products. We plan to organize the meetings of plant protection experts helping review and evaluate the risk assessment cases related to exotic weeds and plant pests. Furthermore, to provide the immediate information for plant protection and quarantine policy making as well as the sudden trading problems, we are also going to actively collect any epidemic information of our main trading countries by generally surveying those data from international organizations, plant protection related journals and any governmental announcement.植物植物產品風險評估plantplant productsrisk assessment
