2019-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/650987摘要:此研究的目的在於發展以智慧型手機所建立之多元資料收集系統,同時橫斷性評估應用於偵測失智症高風險族群之效用。此外,此研究也探討認知與行為變項與NMDA 受體失調的關連性。透過發展此評估系統,我們有可能可以增進了解NMDA受體與不同行為與認知資料之關連,以及它們作為失智症早期偵測之生物與行為指標之可能性。<br> Abstract: The current study aims to develop and cross-sectionally evaluate the utility of smartphone-based systems for differentiate the spectrum of AD patients through cognitive and behavioral data collected by apps and sensors embedded within (or connected to) smartphones. This study also investigates the relationship between the cognitive and behavioral markers collected with a novel blood-based biomarker (i.e., dysregulation of NMDA receptor indicated by the measurement of plasma D-amino acid oxidase level).
