2015-08-012024-05-16https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/667806摘要:創業已成為當代最熱門的組織行為研究議題之一,當前主流創業研究較少關注創業動機的主題上,而是直接以經濟理性做為預設,將營利視為個人創業的主要動機,並由此出發直接聚焦於創業的「過程」,討論透過何種投入過程,可以達成利潤汲取的終極目標。這種觀點侷限了創業研究的視野,而無法跳脫經濟理性的單一思維。因此,本研究計畫將以兩年時間,探討華人文化價值觀、社會脈絡與創業動機、行為的關係,企圖回答華人企業家在創業過程中關於「為什麼創業」的問題,以梳理出華人創業家的幾種重要的創業類型與路徑。第一年,將透過質性研究取徑搭配二手資料,廣泛瞭解創業動機的多樣性,歸納出幾種典型的動機類型,並給予清楚明確的定義,進而比較不同創業動機類型之間的核心差異;立基於第一年計畫的成果,本研究將以企業生命史的分析取徑,嘗試建立各種動機類型創業路徑的動態性模式,深入了解不同動機類型的創業家,如何將個人價值轉化為組織價值,進而形塑出清晰的組織文化,並落實在企業經營上。<br> Abstract: Entrepreneurship has become one of the most popular issues in organizational behavior research. However, most of these researches followed the economic approach, which applied rational logic, and focused on its business process. Their discussion thus focused on what method and strategy are more efficient to achieve founder’s ultimate goal-- revenue. This approach heavily restricts the development of entrepreneur research and traps it in an economical logic. Actually, the reason why somebody runs a business should be more diverse, if researchers take culture into consideration. Therefore, this project will explore the relationship between Chinese culture, organizational context and founder’s motivation and behaviors to answer the question: “Why founder wants to start an enterprise”. The purpose of this project is to propose a motivation model of Chinese entrepreneur. In the first year, we will use qualitative approach with second-hand data to discover the basic motivation of starting a business.
