One patient received conservative treatment and died 6 months later. The other patient received surgical excision for right side tumor. There was no tumor recurrence after 3.5-year follow up, but right total deafness and facial palsy resulted postoperatively. Radiosurgery was performed on the left side tumor, and hearing as well as life quality was maintained in spite of persistence of tumor mass.Neurofibromatosis | RadiosurgeryBilateral acoustic neurofibromas - Report of two casesjournal article2-s2.0-0030864617https://api.elsevier.com/content/abstract/scopus_id/0030864617
