2006-03-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682395摘要:本計劃是設計重要的犬血液原蟲性寄生蟲疾病,由Babesia gibsoni(吉貝氏焦蟲)與Babesia canis的PCR診斷方法。因為本病之臨床症狀較不具特異性且有些狗會成為潛在之帶原者,造成清除與防治的不易。目前之臨床診斷大仍多依賴鏡檢,然而焦蟲滋養體型態為多形性且易與其他病原或異常紅血球型態混淆,所以需要發展岀較為可信的診斷方法,本計畫主要是發展分子生物學診斷法。因為近年來世界之分類法又有修正。故本研究按照新的分類原則設計應用PCR的方法偵測焦蟲的18srDNA,並以類緣性分析比較其與世界其他地區之核酸序列,並與標準形態對照,以開發符合世界規範的PCR診斷方法。本法將可應用到進出口犬隻之檢疫。<br> Abstract: This project is to develop a PCR diagnostic technique of the important dog babesiosis, a disease caused by erythrocyte-infected protozoa---Babesia gibsoni and Babesia canis. The necessity of this project is that the clinical signs of the disease are not typical. Additionally, the morphology of the protozoa is pleomorphic---technicians can not confirm the diagnosis by blood smears. Consequently, the choice of PCR technique becomes unavoidably. Currently there is a new rule concerning to the classification by its 18srDNA sequence. This project is to develop the primers of 18srDNA of the protozoa.
