2014-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/708973摘要:我國重要高科技產業多已形成寡佔形態之跨國競爭,本計畫以供應鏈整體的角度觀察上下游間之供應契約設計,如何影響個體之產能與研發決策,並探討供應鏈成員如何因應產業趨勢,進行適切之產能擴充與技術研發投資。由於文獻中相關研究多以歐美之供應鏈下游品牌與零售商觀點,進行外包(outsourcing)決策研究,不符合我國以製造、代工為主之產業生態,因此計畫成果對於國內相關產業發展更顯重要。 由於上述產業技術更迭快速、產品生命週期短暫,致使產能投資與新產品研發風險提高,因此,如何整合供應契約設計、技術研發策略、與產能策略,以降低經營風險並提高獲利能力,已成為廠商之重大挑戰。本研究納入國內高科技產業實務特性:第一年度預計建立供應鏈角色互動之基礎,以上游供應商角度制訂供應契約,避免風險之轉嫁;第二年度將以多期的觀點來討論上下游雙方之採購與產能擴充決策,以賽局方法分析雙方之採購決策與既有產能後,制訂長期產能規畫策略;第三年度將延續本計畫之供應鏈產能投資動態賽局架構,加入研發技術投資之決策,使本研究更接近產業實務。 <br> Abstract: This project studies multi-stage dynamic R&D strategy, capacity strategy, and contract design in the supply chain of oligopoly. Oligopoly enables individual firms to possess the capability of bargaining and pricing, making supply contract design a critical and practical issue. Furthermore, due to the rapid evolution of technology and short product life cycle, the risk of capacity expansion and new product development increases. Thus, how to integrate supply contract design, R&D strategy and capacity strategy to reduce managerial risk and induce more profit has become a big challenge for companies. In the first year, the platform for interaction of supply chain members will be constructed. In the second year, based on the contract build up in the first year, we plan to discuss the multi-stage capacity ordering and expansion problem in the supply chain composed of one supplier and one downstream retailer. The second year problem will be modeled as dynamic game. In the last year, we will expand the model by considering the interaction between capacity investment and technology development investment. The co-existence of flexible and dedicated capacity and price differentiation will also be considered.
