臺灣大學: 醫學工程學研究所林啟萬陳儒誠Chen, Ju-ChenJu-ChenChen2013-03-292018-06-292013-03-292018-06-292010http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/254843隨著醫療水平以及科技的發達,一些由環境或衛生不佳的疾病造成的死亡日益減少,平均壽命增長,全球人口進入老年化階段,漸漸普遍形成高齡化社會。隨著高齡化的社會和生活水準的提升,文明病日漸愈增,以心血管疾病最為普遍及危險。 為了提升自主健康管理以及風險分析預防的觀念。本研究以心血管疾病的文獻探討為出發,分析各種心血管疾病相關風險因子,收集多種心血管疾病相關的風險評估演算法進行整合,並且實作出一心血管風險分析系統,此系統包含網頁版以及PDA版。結合後端資料庫的建立,可讓使用者在風險分析之餘,亦可紀錄自我的歷史健康資訊,長時間監控自我的健康狀況,建立遠距醫療、健康管理的觀念與習慣。 未來可以提升風險分析系統的準確率為目標,進行系統驗證評估,並且結合染色體基因學以及蛋白質結構分析,建立多指標的心血管風險分析系統。With promotion of medicine and technology, some death from disease caused by environment is decreasing year by year. Average life is getting longer and the whole world population is getting older, so that aging society forms rapidly. With coming aging society and promotion of living standard, diseases of civilization are becoming popular day by day. Cardiovascular diseases(CVDs) are the major and the most vital. To promote the concept of self health management and risk analysis prevention, this research starts from literature review, then analysis variety of CVD related risk factors and collect multi-CVD related analysis evaluation algorithms to integrate. Finally, it implements a CVD risk analysis systems, including webpage version and PDA version. Combined with database, it also can provide users record historical health information to monitor long-term health status and build habit of health management with the concept of telemedicine.
