2011-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655268摘要:春石斛花型優美,在全球市場受到歡迎,其栽培容易,近年由於其可以利用低 溫調節花期,因此荷蘭、日本及美國等各國對春石斛種苗的需求量日漸增加。然而 目前春石斛國際市場的資訊相當有限,商業品種主要掌控在日本的“山本石斛”公 司,因此台灣要發展春石斛產業將是相當艱困。由蝴蝶蘭種苗栽培的經驗上,我們 具有低生產成本,低能源消耗,具國際競爭作物之優勢,春石斛種苗之生產應該也 具有類似的優勢。在國際競爭上必需發展較優良的品種或生產關鍵技術,例如,栽 培期短、易調控花期、耐貯運、賞花期長等,目前自有品種仍少,栽培技術及量化 、程式化之生產及貯運流程仍有待建立。本計畫之目標為進行春石斛雜交與新品種 選育、種苗量產、開發栽培管理整合技術、開花調節與延長花期、建立長程貯運技 術及建置外銷供應鏈體系,以期提昇春石斛產業之產值及國際競爭力。 <br> Abstract: Nobile Dendrobium orchid has colorful and showy flowers, and are beloved in the global market. Due to its easy cultivation, and can be controled to induce spiking by low temperature, the demand for its young and mature plants is increased gradually in the Netherlands, Japan, USA and other countries. However, since the global market information of the nobile Dendrobium is very scarce and the major cultivars are mainly bred by ‘Yamamoto Dendrobiums’ in Japan, the chance for the development of nobile Dendrobium in Taiwan is very harsh. Based on the experience on the growing of young Phalaenopsis plants, the low production cost and lower energy consumption made our industry more competitive internationally. Similar condition should apply to the nobile Dendrobiums. To increase international competitiveness, it is necessary to develop nobel superior cultivars and key production technologies, including shorten cultivation period, controllable flower forcing, stable shipping and storage, and long appreciation time after shipment. The aims of this project are to explore cross hybridization and new cultivar selection, micropropagation and young plant mass production, integrated cultivation and fertilization programs, flower forcing and long vase life, and stable long term shipping to fulfill high quality export chain of the nobile Dendrobiums.
