2005-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661760摘要:擬開發螢光假單胞菌菌株之植物保護用途,研擬微生物製劑之型式及建立菌株生物防治特性之基本資料。比較不 同載體對菌株存活、植物保護效果的影響,比較不同載體對菌株存活、菌株促進植物生長之影響。探討菌株之生 物防治特性,進行平板抑菌能力、根系群聚能力等分析,篩選防治目標及研擬有效防治之施用方法。預期可知適 用作為螢光假單胞菌菌株之載體種類及菌株存活率、抑菌活性、促進植物生育及植物保護之效果。 <br> Abstract: The main goal of this project is to develop the plant protection application of Pseudomonas isolates and explore formulation and biocontrol traits. Effect of the carrier of the Pseudomonas on the survival of bacteria, plant growth and plant protection will be compared. The plate inhibition assay and root colonization of Pseudomonas isolates will be analyzed. The target of plant protection and the application methods will be determined.
