2010-01-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/698248摘要：臺大法學論叢自1971年王澤鑑教授創辦法學論叢以來，一直為國內最重要的法學研究資源，許多學者研究的成果，莫不以刊登於臺大法學論叢做為學界的肯定；許多學者研究的資料來源，以及論文撰寫的參考文獻，均引用自本期刊之中。 面對網際網路時代，我們必須將臺大法學論叢予以電子化，並於網際網路上進一步進行加值運用。理由其一除在於因應資訊流通的多元管道以外，將本期刊所收錄的文獻全文上線之後，藉由檢索系統的搜尋，將使得研究資料取得上產生莫大的方便，使本院學者在研究的質與量上產生長足的進步。 此外，雖然臺大法學論叢歷年來均有贈送或與國內外知名大學進行學術刊物交換，但限於經費有限，無法贈送給所有大學或研究機構。將法學論叢電子化後，藉由網際網路的流通，將使全球各個法學研究及教育機構能充分瞭解本院在法律學界歷年來的成果，以及本刊物在國內法律學界所佔之重要性。 又為了進一步提昇本院於國際法律學界之能見度及地位，亦必須將數位化後之法學論叢文章，於網際網路上予以進一步的加值運用，以便充分發揮數位化之效益。透過與線上專業法學資料庫業者合作，將有助於提昇臺大法學論之綜效，提昇本刊物於國內外法律學界之能見度及影響力，擴大法學論叢電子化之成果。 <br> Abstract: NTU Law Journal, which is founded by Professor Wang Ze Jian, has been the most important legal research resource since 1971. The Journal is important, for many scholars make reference to the articles in the Journal. A research that is published in the Journal receives qualified approval. With the blossom of Internet, NTU Law Journal should be digitalized. The reasons are as follows. First of all, the digitalized articles will be more accessible, for they can be obtained through Internet, and the accessibility will improve the quantity and the quality of our research. Furthermore, the standing of NTU in international scholarship will be enormously raised through the digitalization of the articles. Although we have promoted NTU Law Journal through sending free issues to or exchanging it with many universities and academic institutions, the promotion is constrained by financial factors. However, if the digitalized articles are accessible on the Internet, the accessibility will enable all research organizations in the world understand the result of our research. It will be advantageous for the reputation of NTU Law Journal. In addition, in order to enhance the accessibility and influence of NTU Law Journal, further value-added services and management will also be needed. For example, by cooperating with online legal research service providers can not only allow global legal professionals to access the articles through Internet efficiently but also create added values to authors of the digitalized articles and NTY Law Journal.臺大法學論叢電子化NTU Law Journaldigitalization
