薛亞聖2006-08-312018-06-292006-08-312018-06-292001-07-31http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/29728本研究係以牙醫為例，探討總額預算 對醫療品質的影響，尤其著重醫療品質結 果面的評估。由於研究上的限制，本研究 係採調查研究法，針對與全民健保有特約 的牙醫師隨機抽樣進行問卷調查，於90 年 6 月完成資料搜集，回收率為28.75﹪。本 研究的主要發現有：（1）總額預算具有提 升牙醫師生活品質的效果；（2）總額預算 對醫病關係可能有負面的影響；（3）總額 預算不具促使醫師增加每位病人診療的時 間的效果；（4）總額預算會增加醫師挑選 病人的現象；（5）總額預算有助於醫師增 加對病人作口腔衛生教育；（6）總額預算 對提升民眾口腔健康水準有增進的作用； （7）總額預算並不致阻礙牙醫師學習新技 術或引進新科技；（8）總額預算能促進服 務項目給付相對點數之更趨合理。The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impacts of global budget payment system on the quality of dental care, especially on the aspect of outcome. A cross-sectional survey was conducted on 2000 randomly selected dentists in June 2001. The response rate is 28.75﹪.
