2008-10-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/703109摘要：本研究以書目計量方法，從合著型態、國合成效及政策三個層面，進行臺灣國際合著情況分析及國合成效評鑑。在合著型態方面，本研究首先掌握臺灣整體合著情況，進一步瞭解臺灣歷年論文數和被引次數、各領域表現、臺灣不同合著型態的論文品質表現、合著趨勢及合著領域變化等。在國合成效研究方面，分析臺灣執行國合計畫之論文品質，高被引文章比例、高影響期刊文章比例及合作領域等。在政策層面上，則根據領域特性提出各領域的基本論文數和基本引文數據，掌握臺灣優勢領域以及主要國家的優勢領域，希冀藉由合著型態的瞭解與臺灣優勢領域的開發，作為未來發展國合計畫及合作對象選擇之參考。<br> Abstract: The study uses bibliometric method to analyze and evaluate the international co-authorship and international collaboration from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. This study analyzes the status co-authorship, effectiveness of international collaboration and international cooperation policy making in Taiwan. Concerning co-authorship, it analyzes the relationship between different types of co-authorship and quality of papers. Regarding effectiveness of international collaboration, it compares the paper quality between international collaboration projects and non- international collaboration projects.
