2020-04-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655124摘要:餘甘子是台灣重要的機能性作物,在傳統中醫學以及現代醫學都記載或證實具有調 節血糖、血脂或是護肝等多種保健功效,在過往研究中,餘甘子果實被鑑定出許多 有效的機能性成分,包含β-glucogallin、gallic acid、Methyl galloate、1,6- di-Ogalloyl-β-D-glucopyranose、Mucic acid、1,4-lactone 5-O-gallate methyl ester、Mucic acid dimethyl、Ester 2-O-gallate。然而因為餘甘子為多 年生的木本植物,其生長週期非常長,大幅降低了品種研發中選種和育種的速度。 我們團隊希望透過對餘甘子的各部位組織進行轉錄體學分析,進而鑑定出基因體上 的分子標誌,透過分子標誌的使用,能夠在餘甘子幼苗時期育測出成熟果實的機能 性成分含量,便能大幅加速餘甘子的選種和育種,並且建立出來的分析流程將也能 應用到其他農作物上,加速沒有基因體序列的農作物選種和育種的速度。<br> Abstract: Phyllanthus emblica L. is an important crop with functional metabolites in Taiwan. In previous Eastern and Western medical research results, P. emblica has been reported to have multiple theraputic functions, such as regulating blood sugar, blood fat, and protecting the livers. The comtents fruits of P. emblica have been found to have many functional ingredients, including β-glucogallin、gallic acid、Methyl galloate、1,6- di-Ogalloyl-β-D-glucopyranose、Mucic acid、1,4-lactone 5-O-gallate methyl ester、Mucic acid dimethyl、Ester 2-O-gallate. However, P. emblica is an perennial woody plant, and its life cylce is very long. Such trait causes the line seletion or breeding suffering from a very long period. Our group aim to perform the transcriptomic analysis of P. emblica on different tissue types to identify genome-wide molecular markers. Through the use of molecular markers, we anticipate to predict the amount of functional ingredients using the seedlings of P. emblia to accelerate the selection and breeding processing time.
