2016-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658112摘要:植物工場具有可精準調控作物生長環境條件之優勢,加上自動監測技術可以記錄作物生長曲線,同時提供生長紀錄之溫度、相對溼度、二氧化碳濃度、照度等生長環境資訊,可用於分析生產作業與進行調整環境參數,達到最佳化生產作業之目的。本計畫之目標為應用影像與重量自動量測系統對於臺大植物工場研究團隊所栽培之結球萵苣、嫩葉苗菜、香料作物等進行其生長曲線建立與量化分析,同時探討栽培養液之溫度及溶氧量對於生長質量的影響。另一方面,對於自動化生長量測系統的設計與功能持續進行改良。本年度的研究工作主要為:(1).香料作物生長曲線之建立與量化分析,(2).探討養液溶氧量對於栽培作物生長之影響-以萵苣為例,(3).應用嵌入式系統於重量自動生長量測系統之訊號擷取。 (4) 開發軟硬體儀表並搭配多元素感測電極,以建構可偵測離子濃度變化之電化學感測器/模組。<br> Abstract: The advantage of the plant factory is that it can control the environmental conditions precisely for plant growth. The automatic plant growth measurement system not only can provide growth information such as plant feature measurements, growth curves and time-lapse videos, but also environmental parameters like temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration and illumination. These details are useful to predict the optimal environments conditions. The goal of this project is to apply the automatic plant growth measurement system to quantify and model plant growth curves of vegetables cultured in the NTU plant factory so as to achieve optimal growth conditions for these vegetables under study. On the other hand, we also investigate the effects of root temperature and dissolved oxygen on the quality and quantity of the culture plants. The design and the functionality of the automatic growth measurement system will also continuously be improved in this project. The specific tasks planned for this year are: (1). Measurement and establishment of growth curves of selected plant herbs, (2). Investigation of dissolved oxygen effect on the growth of selected vegetables, (3).
