2008-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682382摘要:黃條葉蚤之物理防治:黃條葉蚤(Phyllotreta striolata (Fab.))屬鞘翅目(Coleptera)、金花蟲科(Chrysomelidae),俗稱土腳蚤,為一世界性分布的重要經濟害蟲。本研究計畫為利用黃條葉蚤對光的高敏感度產生趨光行為為基礎,並觀察其受干擾之逃離遷移行為與奈米塗料對其攀爬能力的影響來開發出有效的黃條葉蚤田間誘殺設備,作為實施田間綜合防治時的選項之ㄧ。將所開發之新型誘殺器進行田間試驗,期能提高捕蟲效率以大量生產並降低成本,並配合作物生長期以進行對黃條葉蚤的綜合防治。<br> Abstract: This project focuses on developing control methods for the important insect pests and plant pathogens occurring in Taiwan. The goal of the researches in this project is to apply advanced concept and technologies directly to the field practice. The major works of the project are described as following: Physical control of flea beetle: the flea beetle, Phyllotreta striolata (Fab.), is a widely distributed major pest on many vegetables in the world. We are developing a physical control method to attract the beetles to a vertical plate which covered with nano-spheres to reduce the adhesive ability of the beetle.
