2013-03-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660144摘要:本計畫的目標為建立稉稻穗上發芽特性分子標記的篩選系統、開發臺灣稉稻耐穗上 發芽品種的耐穗上發芽基因的有效使用。並期望將來能夠在傳統水稻譜系育種法的 施行過程中,藉由分子標記的輔助、對於耐穗上發芽的主效數量性狀基因座進行早 世代選拔。此外,本年度計畫,也嘗試評估新的穗上發芽率的測量方法,期望能提 高穗上發芽性狀的遺傳率,使穗上發芽性狀的早世代選拔能夠有更好的效率。本年 度預計進行的主要工作項目有二: 一為完成耐穗上發芽品種桃園一號之耐穗上發芽 數量性狀基因座之遺傳定位及與該基因座連鎖分子標記的鑑別。另一為協助花蓮區 農業改良場進行耐穗上發芽分子育種所用父本的全基因體組的基因型鑑定工作。<br> Abstract: The objective of the current project is to develop the molecular markers for improving the preharvest sprouting problem in rice, and explore the preharvest sprouting resistance QTLs from Taiwanese japonica rice. This project also aims to make the selection of preharvest sprouting resistance trait possible in a early breeding popuplation, by using molecular markers coping with the pedigree method in tradidional rice breeding programs. In addition, we also evaluate a new method to measure seed germination rate which can save labor and possibly reduce standard error of measurements of seed germination rate. Two major works are listed: 1. To complete QTL mapping of preharvest sprouting using the F2:3 mapping population created by the cross between Taoyuan 1 (a preharvest sprouting resistant variety) and Taiken 14 (a preharvest sprouting liable variety). 2.
