2005-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658629摘要：本研究將針對德國食品安全體系之風險通報系統(Risk Communication)進行瞭解，並據以建議國內食品安全體系的改善方向。 本研究將與德國波昂大學及德國農業部相關學者專家進行合作研究，期能瞭解德國及歐盟之具體做法，並從中探討值得我國學習並據以改善我國食品安全體系之重點。預期對我國食品安全政策的推動與落實有正面的參考價值。 <br> Abstract: The study will learn the German experiences in improving food safety through risk communication. Suggestions for improving the food safety system in Taiwan will be raised. The study will be conducted by cooperative research with German scholars/experts.
