2014-04-152024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655617摘要：臺灣之中醫藥研究水準舉世聞名，建置發行國際級的中醫藥學術期刊，對於台灣的中醫藥研究國際化而言，極有助益。因此，行政院衛生署中醫藥委員會已於99年度委託國立台灣大學食品與分子生物研究中心建置成立國際中醫藥國際期刊「Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine」（JTCM），並在100年10月發行創刊號。 未來如何以最有效率及最低成本的策略，持續推動高品質的國際性中醫藥學術期刊，應為台灣中醫藥相關學術界國際化的當務之急。故，擬本計畫目標與方法為： 1. 持續穩定維持「Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine；JTCM」期 刊網站出刊，按季出刊，每期10篇文獻。 2. 建置維持編輯委員會並持續運作正常。 3. 維護並更新期刊網站功能與增修。 4. 維持投審稿系統原功能維運及投審稿系統新功能建置。 5. 進行中醫藥比對詞庫(Chinese Medical Dictionary)建置與更新。 6. 持續推廣本期刊網站辦理期刊宣傳活動，提升期刊國際曝光度，含強化關鍵字廣告密度、維持並尋找國際平台之曝光管道。 7. 申請Medline、DOAJ等資料庫。 8. 完成SCI期刊申請。 9. 進行網站參訪人次、期刊文獻引用次數與投稿者性別分析等統計並每半年提供相關統計結果到衛生福利部。 103年度除穩定發刊並維持網站與系統之正常運行外，將依照使用者之回饋更新網站與系統功能。完成SCI期刊申請，使JTCM成為一高知名度且質量兼具之中醫藥期刊。 <br> Abstract: Establishing an international journal related to traditional medicine is very important for the traditional medicine research of Taiwan. In 2011, CCMP had supported National Taiwan University to establish a new journal “Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine” (JTCM). JTCM was first published on Oct. 10, 2011. But how to promote JTCM to be a well-known international journal of high quality with effective strategies is the most important work for JTCM. The aims of this project are to: (1) maintain the stability and quality of JTCM, (2) increase the editorial members of JTCM, (3) maintain/update the website of JTCM, (4) maintain/update the submission and review system,(5) update the Chinese Medical Dictionary, (6) promote the journal of JTCM, (7) apply in Medline and DOAJ etc. database, (8) index by SCI successfully and (9) observe the visitors on website of JTCM and the journal citation. We will apply for Medline and SCI on 2014. The website and the system will be better as well. Besides, new functions according to users’ comments will be setup.
