2018-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658659摘要：在犬隻的流行病學中，犬隻常見皮膚疾病以跳蚤叮咬及其後續之搔癢佔70%以上，其 次為異位性皮膚炎。跳蚤叮咬後常引發動物之發癢及過敏反應，過度搔抓結果導致 皮膚損傷，進而微生物感染，產生皮膚炎等症狀，嚴重影響飼主及伴侶動物之生活 品質。由於異位性皮膚炎所引發之皮膚炎症及第一型過敏性的皮膚搔癢疾病，其與 犬隻對於環境的過敏原(allergens)過度反應而產生大量的免疫球蛋白E (Immunoglobulin (Ig)E) 有關 (Olivry et al., 2001; Halliwell, 2006)。一般 性之皮膚搔癢亦被認為係因對外來刺激之過度反應所致，部分物質如ω-3 脂肪酸等 ，可延緩動物體對抗原之反應，減輕搔癢，然實際作用機制及適當之添加量為何 ，則缺乏實驗證實而尚待釐清。目前已有的實驗結果中尚未能確定ω-6和ω-3於飼 糧中添加以改善過敏性皮膚炎的最適比例。本研究目的擬選用具有改善過敏性皮膚 炎能力之麴菌萃取物及藻類等資材，利用in-vitro試驗測定其有效添加濃度，再以 in-vivo試驗測試找出適當之添加比例，並確認其功效，進而調製出具有調節免疫 ，預防或減緩皮膚炎的配方飼料或保健食品<br> Abstract: In the dog`s epidemiology, flea bites and itching afterwards are very common and account for more than 70% of skin diseases, followed by atopic dermatitis. Flea bites often cause itching and allergic reactions in animals and excessive scratching often results in skin damage followed by microbial infections, dermatitis and other symptoms which seriously affect the quality of life of the owners and companion animals. The inflammation of the skin caused by atopic dermatitis and the first type of allergic skin pruritus is due to large amount of Immunoglobulin (Ig) E produced in dogs over-responding to environmental allergens (Olivry et al., 2001; Halliwell, 2006). The general skin itching is also considered due to excessive response to external stimuli. Certain substances such as omega-3 fatty acids can delay the body`s response to antigens, reduce itching, but the actual mechanism of action and the required amount of addition are still lack of experimental clarification. The optimum proportion of omega-6 to omega-3 for addition in the diet to improve allergic dermatitis has not been determined yet. The objective of this study is to conduct in-vitro test on select materials with the ability to improve allergic dermatitis such as Rhizopus&#160;extract and algae etc., to determine the effective concentration then followed by in-vivo test to determine the appropriate addition proportion, verify the efficacy , and come up with immune regulating or dermatitis prevention or alleviating formula feed or health food products.犬皮膚疾病麴菌萃取物藻類Dogskin diseasesRhizopus extractalgae
