2004-03-242024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661932摘要:本計畫擬開發相思樹新的用途以達到全株利用之目標,今年先將相思花以甲醇萃取並分離與鑑定,抽出物之試驗方法採抗氧化活性試驗,包含無定形自由基捕捉試驗、總酚量測定、超氧自由基捕捉試驗、脂質過氧化試驗以及氫氧自由基引發DNA破壞試驗,本試驗結果將有助於開發本土樹種加工利用之潛能,並擴展其應用領域。<br> Abstract: The goal of this project is to explore the potence of new application of Acacia confusa for achieving the utilization of all part of tree. Methanolic extracts of A. confusa flowers are designed to be isolated and identified first, followed by evaluating their antioxidant activities using various assays, including DPPH and superoxide radical scavenging assays, total phenolic contents, lipid peroxidaton assay and hydroxyl radical-induced DNA strand scission assay.
