2015-02-102024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681540摘要:東海蘊藏了非常豐富的自然資源,特別是石油及天然氣之潛能,使得東海的主權問題在國際間受到非常大的重視。爰此,本研究之目的為求加強對東海海域油氣資源之了解,所得之數據及相關資料亦可作為日後東海區域油氣探勘精細規劃等工作項目之參考。 本研究將進行東海地區背景資料建置、近期東海地區各國探勘局勢、東海探勘之風險、東海周圍油氣盆地之石油地質與石油系統等分析工作,進行東海探勘活動的可行性評估。同時進行東海海域盆地地質架構的地球物理、地質與水文環境資料初步調查,作為油氣資源調查的先期工作。 本研究之工作團隊係由成功大學大地資源研究中心、台灣大學海洋所以及台灣中油公司所組成,其中台大海洋所的工作團隊負責主要的海域調查工作。海域調查之工作團隊由劉家瑄教授(主持人)、蘇志杰副教授(協同主持人),以及王冑教授(協同主持人)組成。劉家瑄教授負責震測調查、重力量測與變頻聲納剖面調查等工作,蘇志杰副教授負責海床沈積物的取樣分析等工作,王冑教授負責海流之流速及海水之溫鹽壓等物理參數之量測等工作。 本計畫為三年期計畫,今年(第二年)之調查範圍為東海南部、釣魚台北方之海域。本研究希望藉由船載探測儀器觀測與定點採樣資料收集,以為將來可能的東海地區資源探勘與開發調查之參考。<br> Abstract: The region of the East China Sea has been proven to have rich natural resources. This research project aims to investigate the potential of the oil and gas resources in the East China Sea and to better understand the natural environments of the East China Sea. The data collected in this study may also help for future detailed exploration. In this study, an integrated database will be constructed. The analyses of the recent exploration activities conducted by surrounding countries, the risks of exploration in the East China Sea, and the petroleum geology of the oil and gas basins and the petroleum systems of each basin in the East China Sea will be studied in order to assess the resource potentials of the East China Sea. Also, an integrated marine geophysical, geologial and hydrological investigation survey will be conducted. This project will be carried out by a team consists of researchers from the GeoResource Research Center of the National Cheng-Kung University (NCKU), the Institute of Oceanography, National Taiwan University (NTU), and the CPC Cooperation. NTU team will be responsible for marine investigation. Among the NTU team members, Professor Char-Shine Liu (PI) will be responsible for seismic and chirp sonar profiling and gravity measurements; Professor Chih-Chieh Su (co-PI) will responsible for seafloor sediment coring; Professor Joe Wang (co-PI) will be responsible for ocean current and hydrographic data. This is the second year of the three-year project, and we will survey the area in southern East China Sea north of Diaoyutai Islands. Our investigations will be carried out by shipboard measurement to have a preliminary understanding of the marine geological background and the characteristics of the marine environment.
