2010-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678842摘要:台灣大學人工氣候室設有人工光照室,提供可調整光照時間及強度之實驗設備,對於瞭解農作物生長對光線的需求有非常大的貢獻。本實驗室之原有人工光照室配備為金屬鹵素燈管(Metal Halide Lamp, MHL),其電能使用需求量大,而且燈泡壽命約為一年,需年年更換。發光二極體(Light-Emitting Diode, LED)為新式人工照明技術,強調低耗能、低熱輻射、使用壽命長,完全符合節約能源的要求。本室為提升研究設備使用效能,降低電力消耗,減低燈管置換開銷,擴充一間新式LED人工光照室,此計畫將著重於LED於作物栽培使用效能之先期試驗,以探討新式人工光源運用於農作物的可行性,並進行LED植物栽培室之設備及環境改良,以調整此LED栽培室之條件至最佳化。<br> Abstract: The of National Taiwan University was set up for plant culture in specific temperature or light intensity. Our phytotron includes four artificial light rooms using metal halide lamp (MHL) as light source. MHL is a good light source for plant growth. However, it has some problems such as high energy consuming and short half-life. Light-Emitting Diode (LED) is a new style light source. Since LED offers some advantages such as low voltage, low heat, long life and provide the specific light wavelength, it was considered as a good light source for plant growth in phytotron. Therefore, we established a new LED light room in NTU phytotron last year. In this project we will test the efficiency of LED on crop growth and development.
