2011-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/708567摘要:屋頂綠化因具有減少都市熱島效應、增加保水性能與美化城市等功能,近年來備受歐美先進國家重視。其優點除了可以延伸地面之綠化外,同時也是一種良好的隔熱層,減少流入建築物屋頂層的熱量,因而可節省建築空調的耗能與支出,甚至憑藉屋頂綠化後對屋頂層室內溫熱環境之提升,甚至無須空調系統之輔助亦可達到舒適的室內舒適環境,有助於都市節能。 植栽對於微氣候之影響計有:(1)對風速減緩之效果、(2)藉由植栽葉片反射日射,減少屋頂表面之日射取得,因而降低近地表之空氣溫度、(3)藉由植栽葉片對日射透過率之阻隔,提供遮陰以降低地表面溫度、(4)植栽本身之蒸散潛熱作用可帶走周遭熱能降低溫度、(5)植栽土壤介值之含水率有助於調節近地表之氣溫。本研究為針對上述之影響探究屋頂應用植栽綠化所帶來之效應,研究計畫將分為兩年進行。第一年探討屋頂綠化對都市微氣候之改善,以及其對提升屋頂層戶外舒適度之效果等二個議題,其成果可提供政府推動或制訂都市熱島緩和政策之參考。第二年探討屋頂綠化對建築物頂層室內空間溫熱環境之影響以及對提升室內舒適度之貢獻,期能量化屋頂綠化之建築誘導設計技術作為空調耗能減量之策略之一。 <br> Abstract: Because the capability of reducing the urban heat island effect, increasing water retention ability, and to increase urban amenity, roof greening technique have been considerably valued. It also provides an extra excellent insulation to the roof slab structure and reduces heat flow into the interior. As a result, the HVAC energy use can be reduced and the thermal environment can be improved of the interior. The effect of plants to the micro climate environment includes: (1) Reduction of wind velocity, (2) Leafs can reflect solar radiation and to decrease the near-ground ambient temperature, (3) Leafs that block the solar radiation from reaching to ground can lower the surface temperature, (4) The transpiration effect of plants can also lower the surrounding temperature, and (5) Water retained in the soil layer help to regulate the near-ground temperature. To study the effect described above of the plants, two years research plans has been proposed. The issues studied in the first year includes: (1) The urban micro climate improvement due to roof greening, and (2) the rooftop outdoor thermal comfort study of roof greening. In the second year, thermal environment and the thermal comfort issue of the interior space right beneath the roof greening area will be studied.
