2008-04-282024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/654195摘要:OECD(2005)指出生物經濟為21世紀的新興明星產業,泛指應用生物科學與生物技術的新發現,研發出生物相關的產品與服務,進而促成各種經濟活動與經濟利益。故生物經濟可謂是以生物科技知識體系為基礎所延伸的經濟市場,又稱為生物知識經濟。本計畫旨在探討我國農業生物科技產業發展的核心競爭力。在生技產業競爭力的測量,係以營業額為主要的代理變項,由於生技產業屬於高科技導向產業經濟範疇,因此,在生技產業的創設階段,各國政府均挹注大規模的國家補助來作為發展策略,相似的,生技公司本身的生技研發人力與預算,亦為評估生技產業競爭力的重要方向球。其次,生物經濟的涵蓋範疇,又可分為白色生技、綠色生技、藍色生技與紅色生技等產業類型。其中,就綠色生物科技而言,則指生物科技應用於農業範圍的生技產品,諸如以基因改造程序培植抗病蟲害的新型作物,亦即基改作物與基改食品等,則被視為未來農業發展的新引擎。基此,本計畫擬根據萬鍾汶(2003-2006)的四年期調查研究,除了推估農業生技產業的產值之外,亦將進一步釐清生技研發人力,生技研發預算,及生技公司本身的組織特徵,對於生技產業競爭力的影響效果,據以提出相關的生技產業發展策略,提供有關單位之參考。<br> Abstract: Biotechnology industry is known as knowledge-based bioeconomy. OECD (2005) defines the bioeconomy is applied biosciences and technology to provide bio-related goods and service, and to create economic activities and benefits accordingly. According the application fields, the bioeconomy can be divided into red, white, green, and blue bio-tech industries. This project attempts to investigate the core competitiveness of biotechnology industry in Taiwan. In consideration of the biotechnology businesses are an emerging but with great potential industry. Most of countries have invested lots of state aids to support the establishment and development of bio-industry. Besides, biotechnology firms are high-tech orientated enterprise, which the research and experimental development (R&D) plays a vital role within market competition.
