2020-04-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/656915摘要:計畫將配合政府發展規劃之「生醫產業創新推動方案」、「新農業創新推動方案」的政策與施政方向,同時配合政府五大產業創新研發「亞太生技醫藥研發產業中心」的人才培育工作目標,協助培育具相關專業研發能力、國際觀、及系統整合之跨領域高階人才,以助推動臺灣成為亞太生醫研發與農業生技產業重鎮。同時藉由跨領域人才的培育來協助完善臺灣生技產業的生態體系,整合在地創新聚落,連結國際市場資源,進而促進生技產業發展,提升臺灣經濟與國人健康福祉。 本計畫除配合行政院推動之臺灣「生醫產業創新推動方案」以及「新農業創新推動方案」之外,並為延續銜接教育部資科司「生技產業創新創業人才培育計畫」之實作階段規劃,以前瞻需求導向來賡續規劃推動「生醫產業與新農業跨領域人才培育計畫」,目的在於鼓勵各大學校院發展產業需求之實作教學。課程內容之規畫強調實務操作並能實際應用於產業,期望為臺灣未來產業發展、市場需求與生技創新及創業,培育核心關鍵技術之跨領域高階人才以及進一步建立臺灣生技人才庫,以達到永續經營與創新發展的目標。本計畫重點如下: 1. 以生醫產業與新農業之系統性需求,整合校內及校際與醫學中心之相關領域師資,共同培育生醫與生農跨領域師資與研發人才。 2. 促進產學合作,啟發教師對生醫產業與新農業產業的認識,以及開發其生技產業創新創業的潛能。 3. 廣邀業界人士參與教學,除汲取業界經驗外,亦透過業師的專業指導來加強學員創新創業之相關專業知識。同時藉由建構相關產學合作的機制與措施,來提供學員實作的機會,進一步鼓勵學員創新創業,以達到培育產業導向與了解產業需求的跨領域高階人才之目的。 4. 以專業能力為本,設計問題導向的教學方式,加強學生在科技管理、經營行銷、法規智財及創新創業等產業導向之多元跨域能力。 5. 除提供跨領域的本職學能培訓之外,設計在職培訓、產業實習及團隊合作解決現有產業問題的討論模式,並導引優質人才進入產業界。此外,亦擴大師資培育機制,涵蓋科技大學相關科系的師資提升與改善。 6. 規劃兼具前瞻性與實用性的跨領域課程,除傳授生醫產業與新農業專業知識外,並著重於培養學生創業思考、團隊合作、解決問題、跨領域整合、溝通等五大核心能力。尤其是提出完整解決方案之能力,培養具國際生醫與生農研發競爭力的高階人才。<br> Abstract: “Training Program of Bio-medicine and New Agriculture (TPBNA)” sponsored by the Ministry of Education sets to offer proactive and collaborative training courses for university and postgraduate students as well as on the job training to foster talents through the cooperation across universities. The purpose of the courses is to nurture interdisciplinary talents to meet industrial employment needs and to enforce the development and competitive advantage of Taiwan’s bio-medicine and new agriculture industries. The key purposes of this project include the following: 1. Based on the systematic needs of bio-medicine and new agriculture, this project aims to encourage the collaboration between universities and to cultivate interdisciplinary talents. 2. Through promoting cooperation between academia and industry, it sets to inspire the teaching staff to have further understanding and their potential in bio-medicine and new agriculture industries. 3. By means of inviting industrial insiders to participate in teaching, it will provide the students an opportunity to learn the theory, process and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship. 4. The courses are designed to enhance the students’ interdisciplinary abilities that meet the industrial needs, such as technology management, marketing, regulations of biotechnology and intellectual property rights, and entrepreneurship. 5. This project not only provides courses for students but also on the job training. 6.
