2006-03-232024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661588摘要:大甲溪流域及石門水庫集水區受到921地震及歷年颱風影響尤其近年的艾莉颱風、海棠颱風,造成許多嚴重崩塌及土石流問題,除了道路中斷之外,也造成大量泥沙與漂流木淤積的問題,而石門水庫的泥沙問題更間接使得桃園地區受到缺水之苦。 大甲溪流域及石門水庫集水區自然環境欠佳,地質原本脆弱,又經過921大地震影響,地層表土鬆動,加以人為開發活動頻繁,土地超限利用情形嚴重。以石門水庫集水區為例,經濟部水資局調查當地濫墾面積即達1,850公頃,遇有颱風豪雨,即難以避免崩塌沖蝕,估計入流泥砂達2,000萬立方公尺;93年艾利颱風後,經農航所以航測調查結果,集水區崩塌面積共671.80公頃, 94年馬莎颱風亦帶來可觀降雨,經調查集水區崩塌面積增加26.16公頃。 本研究運用航照(由本所蒐集提供)及衛星影像資料收集,並建置研究區內地形變遷的基本資料,運用相關資訊進行研究區分析作業針對石門水庫集水區進行分析、並持續建立大甲溪中上游流域內相關基本資料之建置。 主要工作包括: 1.航照影像資料的收集,以建立研究區內地形變遷的基本資料,並且監測災害發生的位置與範圍。 2.持續相關資料蒐集:持續蒐集研究區於震災前<br> Abstract: The main work of this study is to analyze the landform changing in She-men catchment by using aerial photos taken by the Aerial Survey Office and satellite images, and also to collect and analysis the data of upper part of the Da-ja catchment. The main work includes: 1. To monitor and locate the mass movement area by aerial photos interpretation. 2. To collect and analysis the data of study areas, such as weather, land use, image, and soil and water conservation. We also to build a database with those data. 3. To reconstruct the landform change by using archine and new aerial photos in She-men catchment. In this way, we can compare the data of the same area pre- and post- mass movements. The benefits of this study are: 1. To provide basic data of natural environment by the comparative analysis. The results will be from input of environment monitoring, ecological investigation, geological survey and regional planning data and so on. 2. The study can provide landform change information of She-men and Da-ja catchment. 3.
