2008-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/703137摘要：網際網路的興起，引起人類社會幾乎是全面性的變革，包括個人的就醫與生 病經驗，也因為受到網路的中介，帶來新的境界與變化。大眾不僅上網搜尋健康 資訊，也上網在虛擬醫療的醫療世界中就診與詢問醫師問題。因此，值得提出的 問題是，網際網路究竟對於我們的醫療經驗帶來何種影響？有別於醫生與病人直 接的互動與面對面的看診，虛擬醫療的線上問診呈現何種的醫病關係面貌？網路 搜尋健康資訊、線上問診等行為，如何影響實際的醫病互動與溝通？這些都是本 研究所要探討的議題。本研究將以兩年的時間探討（一）網際網路上虛擬醫療的 醫病關係。從訊息傳遞的角度（網際網路的人際溝通特性），來看線上的醫病互動 的特色，以及這些特色和面對面的醫病互動有何不同？（二）以深度訪談病人的 方式，瞭解網際網路健康資訊的運用對實際醫病互動的影響。探討醫師如何面對 這些使用網路而健康資訊豐富的病人？病人與醫師的溝通有何實質的變化？網際 網路對病人角色的影響是什麼? <br> Abstract: Use of the internet for health information continues to grow rapidly, but its impact on health care is not clear, particularly on doctor-patient relationships. People not only search health information on the internet, but also use 「ask the doctors」 service to increase the knowledge related to their own health problems. Thus, the aims of this study are (1) to analyze the doctor-patient in online medicine, (2) to investigate the impact of health information on the internet on the doctor-patient relationship. In this two-year study design, the first year both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods will be used to examine the on- line doctor-patient relationship.
