2024-05-182024-05-1814365https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/717651Dr. Yawen Cheng is a Professor at the Institute of Health Policy and Management in the College of Public Health at National Taiwan University. Her research focuses on occupational health policy and management, psychosocial work hazards, and mental health risks in the workplace. She is concerned with social inequalities in health and aims to improve working conditions through informed knowledge and evidence-based actions. Dr. Cheng earned her doctoral degree in Epidemiology and completed post-doctoral research training at the Harvard School of Public Health. She has published over 120 peer-reviewed articles, several book chapters, and has edited three books that address occupational health issues in Taiwan. In 2013, she co-founded a non-governmental organization - the Taiwan Occupational Safety and Health Link - and has been an active member ever since.
