2016-04-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/657877摘要:本計畫目標為:1.改良現有之葉菜類收穫機之驅動型式由汽油引擎改為電動馬達,包括採收機構之動力及行走機構之動力等;2.測試2015 年改良之葉菜類收穫雛型機於田間之作業情況,藉此進行機體結構之改良。本計畫之預期 效果為:1.葉菜類收穫作業是設施溫網室蔬菜栽培的重要瓶頸,透過收穫機之研發可大幅減輕收穫時勞動需求,有助於產業之擴大經營。由於葉菜類收穫機可於葉菜成熟之早期進行收穫,其品質較佳且無老葉需要再行處理,在產業應用上有其極佳的利基。改良後機種會較原來業者打造之雛型體更佳,設施溫網室業者及農友們購置使用意願相對就會提高,因此具有極高的需求性和市場性;2.葉菜類收穫也是田間蔬菜栽培作業的瓶頸,透過現有收穫機之改良,可減輕田間農友們收穫之辛勞,同時也有助於產業擴大經營。田間蔬菜栽培業者及農友們購置意願也會相對提高,因此需求性亦極高,市場性亦極佳。<br> Abstract: The Objectives of this project are: 1. Development of an electric type leaf vegetable harvester to replace gasoline engine for greenhouses, both of harvesting mechanism and travelling mechanism are driven by electricity; 2. Improvement of a leaf vegetable harvester which developed last year for operating in open vegetable fields. The expected results of this project are: 1. The bottleneck of vegetable production in greenhouses is the harvesting. The introduction of suitable harvesters for vegetables can reduce the labors needed tremendously. This will also promote the farmers to extend their business. Leaf harvester may be harvested leaf vegetables before mature with high quality and no need for re-processing old leaves. These performances are good for industrial applications. Greenhouse industry and farmers will be relatively increased willingness to purchase. Therefore, those machines will have a high demand for the market, and therefore have a very high demand and excellent marketability; 2. Similarly, the bottleneck of vegetable production in open fields is the harvesting. The improvement of harvester for vegetables can reduce the labors needed. This will also promote the farmers to extend their business. Field vegetable cultivation industry and farmers will be relatively increased willingness to purchase.
