2018-04-172024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681825摘要：國土資訊系統從民國79年開始推動，歷經87-95年的「基礎環境建置計畫」及95-104年的「國家地理資訊系統建置及推動十年計畫」的努力，完成了資料庫的建置及業務的GIS化，105年起進一步透過「落實智慧國土之國家地理資訊系統發展政策」的推動，企圖達到智慧化的目標。經濟部自然環境資料庫分組承此政策，接續推動「智慧經濟與智慧能源」計畫，希冀在經濟發展與能源運用的同時，也能兼顧環境保護、創新知識及人類關懷。經濟部於105及106年委辦第一期與第二期經濟與能源空間資料應用規劃專案，透過單位訪談作業，執行經濟與能源基礎空間資料的整體規劃，達成協助經濟部掌握經濟與能源空間資料的建置脈動。本專案期以靈活應用分析經濟與能源空間資料的方式，在既有國土資訊系統的基礎下，結合蓬勃發展的GIS創新技術，並參考他國建置、推廣及供應空間資訊的方式與標準，以決策支援系統為媒介，協助提供擬定各項政策所需之相關資訊，達到智慧經濟與能源的目標。 本專案的主要工作項目包括： 1.辦理國土資訊系統圖資資產管理制度自然環境分組召集單位協辦事項。 2.經濟部能源圖資發展評估之諮詢及建議。 3.跨國經濟與能源空間圖資建置現況評析作業。 4.協助經濟部經濟統計區標準推動落實作業。<br> Abstract: In 1990, the institutionalization of the national geographic information system laid the foundation for creating, storing, and managing geospatial information by the government agencies. Currently the products of the national geographic information system are provided on the government open data platforms to the public as one of the important measures to promote the intelligent national geographic information system development policy. The Ministry of Economic Affairs has been one of the major contributors to the open geospatial data platform of the NGIS. The 2018 intelligent national land economic and energy geospatial data applied service project aims to achieve the following objectives: 1. To complete the preliminary evaluation of the NGIS geospatial data asset management system and related affairs administered by the natural environment database subdivision. 2. To provide consultation and advice regarding the development and evaluation of the energy geospatial data. 3. To evaluate and analyze the economic and energy geospatial data status. 4.
