2006-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/699843摘要：土地利用/覆蓋變遷研究，是環境變遷與土地資源管理的重要議題。筆者在近年來的相關研究中，收集台灣過去百年來的重要地形圖，並彙整龐大的土地利用資料與人口普查資料，這些資料是探討台灣環境的珍貴資料。聚落變遷是地理環境變遷的重要現象，也是本研究的主題。本研究將利用空間資料挖掘方法，針對台灣五大都會區的聚落變遷，從已收集的地圖與屬性資料中，抽取出有關聚落變遷的形態與因素，包括：趨勢（trend）、形態（pattern）及相關性（relationship）等。為了深入探討影響台灣聚落變遷的機制，本研究將進一步發展行為者導向模式（Agent-Based Modeling，ABM），並且利用前述所挖掘的知識作為模式中的行為規則。透過此一資料探勘及模式建立的過程，本研究希冀對於台灣聚落的歷史變遷與未來提出更深入的觀察與分析。 <br> Abstract: Land degradation and restoration is an important issue of land resources management, which is related to many factors. Therefore, this coherent research explores the main issue from diversified perspectives, including: land, soil, community participation, recreation and so on. All these topics have a common request on physical and socio-economic data of the research area. Such data are composed of spatial and attribute ingredient and thus suitable to be integrated into GIS. Furthermore, the research endeavors require many operations of data management, visualization and analysis, which all equipped within a GIS. This proposed research is aimed to provide the information service and infrastructure to the whole research team. We have conducted land use and land cover change (LUCC) research and accumulated a wealthy collection of historical topographic maps of Taiwan for the past 100 years. Recently, we also started collecting population and socio-economic data from various sources including census data. All these datasets are relevant to the studies of land degradation and restoration in Taiwan. Therefore, they will be adopted in this research. Besides of data manipulation, this proposed research will apply data-mining technology and agent-based modeling (ABM) as exploratory tools. Through the mining and modeling process, this research attempts to identify the factors causing land degradation. Scenarios analysis will be conducted as well using GIS to evaluate the feasibility and value of various policies for land restoration.
