2020-11-022024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651476During the science and technology policy-making process, the disconnection between information and knowledge often occurs in different ways, and it causes the problem that resource is difficult to be created the synergic effect. In addition, the inconsistency of members in S&T budget review and performance review leads the execution effectiveness detaching from the budget review process and it causes that review mechanism does not function very well. This three-year integrated research project aims to establish a comprehensive decision-making support system which covers the relevant issues about national S&T programs including foresight planning, process monitoring, impact assessment and reasonable resource allocation. Through this integrated research project, the platform will complete the cycle of S&T policy in planning, monitoring and evaluation to let policy-makers from the overall and consistent action plan to reach the effectiveness of resource integration and management, facilitate the industrial development, and promote economic benefit.Science and Technology Policy Planning and Evaluation; Decision Support System(DDS);Evidence-based analysis ; Policy Cycle ; Resource Allocation
