2020-11-022024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651476During the science and technology policy-making process, the disconnection between information and knowledge often occurs in different ways, and it causes the problem that resource is difficult to be created the synergic effect. In addition, the inconsistency of members in S&T budget review and performance review leads the execution effectiveness detaching from the budget review process and it causes that review mechanism does not function very well. This three-year integrated research project aims to establish a comprehensive decision-making support system which covers the relevant issues about national S&T programs including foresight planning, process monitoring, impact assessment and reasonable resource allocation.
