2023-02-132024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/653598目前工作內容延續前一階段的成果,致力於有機發光二極體的元件製作與機制探討,其詳細工作包括,第一,製作高效率與長壽命有機發光二極體元件並量測效率與光電特性,使用暫態電致發光與低溫時間解析光激發光系統來了解元件與材料薄膜的物理特性,這些量測可以了解材料(例如: 螢光、磷光系統)之激子放光生命期與載子傳輸狀態。第二,撰寫相關研究SCI與研討會論文並且投稿。第三,將具有量產潛力的研究進行專利撰寫,並聲請台灣與美國的專利。第四,協助實驗無塵室運作並且進行人員使用考核與儀器維護。本工作涉及技術層次較高的測量,亟需博士後等級研究人員參與。 We are currently committed to the fabrication and mechanistic study of organic light-emitting diodes. The detailed works include: First, fabrication of high efficiency and long operation lifetime organic light-emitting diodes and measuring their device efficiency and photophysics, electrical properties. Conducting transient electroluminescence and low-temperature time-resolved photoluminescence measurements to analysis the physical properties of devices and material thin films. These measurements can be used to explore the exciton lifetime and carrier dynamics of materials (e.g.: fluorescence and phosphorescent systems). Second, we plan to submit SCI publications and conference papers. Third, patent preparation of potential results for mass production and applied to Taiwan and the United States. Fourth, management of the operation of the clean room including instrument maintenance and user qualify.
