2011-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661519摘要:本計畫之全程目標為確認國內各改良場所提供的雜交族群中,那些已知的抑制穗上發芽數量性狀基因座能有效地在該族群中以分子標記輔助選拔的方式利用。 本年度的計畫目標有二 (1) 分別在 「高雄143號/高雄146號」 與 「臺稉16號/臺農71號」 兩個雜交組合內,確認20個在親本之間具有多型性的SNP分子標記。(2) 完成上述兩個雜交F2:3後裔族群中,20組分子標記與抑制穗上發芽數量性狀的關聯性檢測。<br> Abstract: The overall goal for the joined project is to help rice breeders to know what kind of useful QTLs exist in their own breeding populations. The targeting trait in this project is preharvest sprouting resistance in rice. In this year, two F2:3 segregating populations are used: one is the cross between KH143 and KH146; the other is the cross between TK16 and TN71. Ten candidate QTL chromosomal regions are selected to develop 20 polymorphic SNP markers between two parental lines for each F2:3 population.
