2014-11-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/674109摘要:公共道路之日常養護與檢測攸關用路人安全與生活品質,為各國政府的施政重點之一,因此如何建構有效的檢測技術為公路管理之重要議題。近年隨著空間資訊技術的發展,車載測繪系統亦逐漸普及,並可應用於道路測繪與監測等各項任務,唯目前相關之技術門檻仍高,因此商業化軟硬體設備高昂,無法普遍落實於日常道路檢測作業中。本計畫擬開發一套成本合理且成果可靠的車載道路測繪與分析系統,透過引入先進空間資訊學理的以及妥適的感測硬體設備,建構可同時完成路面正射化影像產製、橫向與縱向剖面幾何量測的單一整合式車載道路測繪檢測架構,並開發測繪資料處理與道路品質整合分析軟體,以達成道路例行性基本檢測任務所需之完整解決方案。透過本計畫之執行,預期將可整合學術研發能力以及產業實務需求,在合理成本的條件約制之下提升應用效能,不僅可助益於道路養護部門以及相關產業,並可使我國在該項技術之研發上取得獨特領先之地位。<br> Abstract: The routine inspection and maintenance of public roads is always a crucial concern in governmental sectors for its close relationship to the public’s safety and transportation convenience. As a consequence, developing an efficient inspection technique becomes an important issue in the field of road management. In recent years, the vehicle-borne mobile mapping system is becoming a viable choice for the tasks of road mapping and monitoring due to the rapid advance of spatial information technique. However, the commercialized products of such a mobile system are still very expensive and thus not widely affordable for daily applications. In this project, a vehicle-borne system for road pavement mapping and analysis will be developed with an emphasis on its low-cost and efficiency. By incorporating latest spatial information techniques and proper sensor technologies, the integrated system is designated for both road pavement ortho-map acquisition and road profile reconstruction. Required post-process and road pavement analysis software will also be developed, enabling a complete and smooth working flow for daily road pavement inspection tasks. With this proposed project, the academic research capability can be well coupled with the industrial demand.
