2010-03-262024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661660摘要:在家禽生產過程中,抗球蟲藥均為經飼料投予,直到出售前的停藥期為止。由於遺傳上的變異,可導致動物於藥物動力學上的差異,因此,本實驗的目的為:經由長期飼料添加的餵食試驗,了解乃卡巴精經5日停藥期後,在烏骨雞體內的殘留特性。為達到上述目的,年度的工作項目包含:乃卡巴精分析方法的建立、雞隻的飼養、經飼料長期添加餵食乃卡巴精(多次劑量;200 ppm);並於停藥後,於下列時間點(0.5、1、2、3、5、7、11與14 日),採取樣本(三隻雞的血液、肝臟、腎臟、肌肉),進行血液及組織內乃卡巴精的分析。最後藉由實驗結果,評估白肉雞現有的5日停藥期,是否適用於烏骨雞。此外,將進行Doxycycline在烏骨雞之殘留試驗。<br> Abstract: In poultry production processes, the anti-coccidiosis drugs always administrate with feed until withdrew period. The genetic variations can cause pharmacokinetic differences in animal. Thus, the object of this study is to evaluation that if the 5-day withdrew period of nicarbazine (in broile) can be fit the Silkie bantam. In order to reach such object, the annular works include: establishing analytic method for nicarbazine, and animal multiple doses feeding study (multiple doses, 200 ppm). After 5-day withdrew period, three chickens will be sacrificed each time (on day 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11 and 14), the blood, liver, kidney and muscle samples will be collected for further nicarbazine residue analysis. The analytic results will be used for evaluation the 5-day withdrew period of nicarbazine in Silkie bantam.
